epidermis layer of the skin, it is slightly easier to remove the tattoo.
However, if the ink has entered in the dermis layer, it is most likely that
some amount of change of colour in the skin will remain on that part. The skin
will not be as normal as it was before. The portion where tattoo is inked may
either become lighter or darker and appear odd on the skin. There are chances
of developing scar. It is important for the tattoo lovers to know that once
they decide to flaunt it, they should be prepared to accept the fact that it is
permanent and cannot be removed completely.
